  • Usually 70-100 people from different countries participate in our conferences
  • How do I make payment?
  • You can make payments using your visa or master card, pay pal, western union, wire transfer and directly transfer to our bank accounts?
  • Who will bear the transaction charges?
  • Transaction charges, if any should be borne by attendee only. Company should receive full conference fee to confirm participation.
  • What is the dress code?
  • Being part of this academic activity, dress code should be formal or semi-formal
  •  I require special assistance or have dietary restrictions, whom do I contact?
  • Please inform as well in time so we can make the arrangements
  • Can my child attend the conference with me?
  • Yes, by paying $100 for each
  • How do I make my reservation during the conference?
  • During conference you can only make reservation as attendee only. You would not be allowed to present any paper
  • I need to change my hotel reservations. Whom do I contact?
  • You need to contact hotel reservation for that.
  • Can I attend just the conference without purchasing a full conference registration?
  • Yes you can, by just paying the attendee fee
  • Do you provide invitation or visa letters to attend the conference?
  • Conference committee provides visa recommendation letters. However visa acceptance/rejection is the sole responsibility of attendee
  • What do I need to submit at the proposal stage?
  • You only need to submit proposal at early stages
  • What does an article submission proposal entail?
  • You can submit an abstract of your paper or complete paper. Please ssee registration process for details
  • Can I change my proposal from in-person presentation to a proposal for article submission or vice versa?

  • Can I change my proposal after it has been submitted?
  • Yes you can change it up till a week before conference
  • Is there a limit on the number of papers I can present at the conference?
  • Yes you can present maximum three papers
  • I’m having trouble with the forms on the conference website. What should I do?

  • How long will it take me to find out whether my proposal has been accepted?
  • You will get acceptance/ rejection within a week
  • When will the conference program be available?
  • Conference program would be mailed five days before conference and would be available on website
  • Can I request the date/time of my session in advance of the conference?
  • Yes while submitting your paper, you can request
  • I can’t come to the conference this year. How can I be kept informed of future conferences?
  • You can subscribe to our mailing list
  • What does the registration fee cover?
  • Registration fee covers conference fee, online proceedings publication fee, two days lunch and tea breaks
  • How do I get a copy of my registration invoice?
  • Copy of registration invoice would be available on the registration desk on the commencement day of conference
  • If I am unable to attend, will you refund my fees? What is the cancellation policy?
  • You can cancel your registration at maximum 15 days after deadline. 100$ would be charged as per cancellation charges
  • Can I transfer my conference fees to my colleague, as I cannot attend the conference?
  • Yes you can without any cancellation charges
  • Are there any scholarships available?
  • No there aren’t any scholarships available
  • Is a group discount available?
  • Yes in case a group of five or more is presenting a group discount of 10% is available
  • Will I get an attendance certificate?
  • Yes if you are participating as attendee only, you will get a certificate
  • Are there any sponsorships or exhibit spaces available?
  • You can exhibit your product/ services at a specified cost
  • May I invite my family to the optional conference activities?
  • You can invite your family for lunch and dinner and city tours by paying additional fee
