1. Dr. Richard Shurtz, President and CEO

A research physicist who has become an entrepreneur and educational leader. An expert on competency-based education, critical thinking in the classroom, curriculum development, and education management. Published over 30 technical publications and holds 15 patents. Lobbyist for educational initiatives at both the Federal and state level. Ernst & Young 2009 Entrepreneur of the Year for the National Capitol Region in the Education/Services Category. A frequent speaker at conferences and host of a weekly radio show. Speaks about competency-based education and believes it can be used for both career and economic development. Has conducted workshops for educators in Jamaica, Egypt, India, and China. Has led the Stratford international activity for the past several years. Established academic partnerships in China, India, Sri Lanka, Kurdistan, Malaysia, and Canada.

2. Dr. Mohammed Ibrahim Hussein

Dr. Hussein is an Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Business Management. Dr. Hussein began his career in the industry before entering academia. He holds a doctorate in economics with huge experience of the industry and academics. His areas of teaching include economics, management, strategic human resource management, employment relations, organisation and behavior, business law and research methods. Teaches undergraduate, post graduate and ACCA programmes. Dr. Husseins motto in teaching is If you can not explain it simply, you do not understand it enough. 3. Dr. Anjum Razzaque

Assistant Professor at the College of Business & Finance of Ahlia University, Bahrain. Anjum teaches Management of Information Systems courses and attained his Ph.D. from Brunel University, London, UK. He is active in healthcare knowledge management, medical Decision making and higher education related research. His work is evident in peer-reviewed journals and international conferences.
